“Folksy and Surprisingly Nice”

Girls behind the counter were very nice and helpful. Not quite as polished as you might find in hotels in bigger cities. But, they also went out of their way at times; like when I realized I forgot my phone charger. And the rooms were very pretty, nice and clean. Actually much nicer than I expected for the price and the location. I would definitely recommend it. And I would stay again. p.s. the pool was nice. but a lot smaller than it looks in the photos.

“Nice place”

Hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

“Quiet and dark”

This was the quietest hotel we have stayed in. It was quiet even though we were on the ground floor of a three story building, on a hallway near the lobby with the attendant ice machine and vending machines. It was also nicely dark in the room after the room lights were off, which we greatly appreciated. We will most definitley stay there again when visiting our daughter.

“Beautiful Pool”

I love this hotel. It is on my way up north on I-5. The rooms are lovely. The pool is wonderful. It is a beautiful indoor pool with a nice spa. It is great after a day on the road.

“Accomodating to seniors”

I had trouble finding this place (drove by it twice). It's behind the gas station. This motel does not have an elevator but the staff changed my second floor rooms to the first floor to accomodate my aging parents (no questions asked. The complimentary breakfast needs to be restocked more frequently, but the food was good. The swimming pool was a bit warm so try going in the even warmer spa first. No complaints considering the reasonable rates. Arrive early if you want to find a place to eat and shop around the area.

“Fine unless you have several people in the room”

Nothing wrong with anything Walking distance of fastfood & Walmart, so convenient. Pool was nice and WARM the way I like it. ONLY problem was the design of the bathroom door. It opens outward, toward the vanity where someone else might be standing, and must move. Also when open, it blocks the door to the hallway. Very poor planning. Fine for only a couple of people, but add a couple of kids or several adults and it might be a problem for a long stay.

“Clean and comfortable”

The room was not ready when we got there at 11:00PM due to an error by housekeeping. The desk person offered to give us a suite but we had too many people for that. The called in staff at that hour to clean the room and it was done in 20 minutes. They were very accommodating.

“Satisfied Customer”

It was a great experience! The location was very convenient for our needs. The bed was amazing! Very comfortable! The staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was perfect! And, they made fresh baked cookies every night for that midnight snack. I will definately go back!

“The smell of smoke filled the air”

Although we had two non-smoking rooms the hall ways, entry, and common areas smelled of smoke. Nice sized rooms and decent buffet made the stay okay but if you don't smoke - don't stay here.

“Hotel needs some unconditional caring and service”

We stayed there for our 30th anniversary. The front desk clerk only seemed to want to up-sell us to a larger room -- for a $20 fee. This should have been a complimentary upgrade for our special event. In the excercise room, the TV and some equipment did not work. It just did not seem that the staff really put much unconditional caring into our stay to make it special. The room was fine and quiet. The hotel was easy to find and located close to where we wanted to go.
