"Your site had not sent through the booking according to the hotel. There was considerable confusion at check in. We could not have managed this situation without speaking Italian. The staff were very calm trying to sort this out. We had your confirmation email but as it was in English it needed a lot of explaining. "Owner is nice. Greet us at front door and process our paperwork quickly. He is also tell us all attractions around city. The apartment is right next to shopping and convenient everything. It closes to a train station. Last day check out, He took us to airport early to catch the flight at 6:25 morning. Thank you so much and definitely will stay here again if I come back to visit city. "We were looking for a place to stay to break up what would have been a way too long of a drive along the south coast of Italy. Stellaris was the perfect spot. Large room, great shower, nice bed, restaurant on site. Franco was a gem, with his demeanour and his English was excellent. They need to give that man a raise lol. Would definitely stay again. "
