“Awesome”
Absolutely a wonderful stay. The continental breakfast was the same as what I recieved at a higher priced hotel, (Hampton). The king room was awesome with a fireplace and jacuzzi, plenty of room for two people. Very clean and accomodateing. Would absolutely stay there again. Didn't know it but pets are welcome here as well. Very nice pool and jacuzzi in recreation room with a pool table.

“Will Stay There Again”
I had never heard of Americinn and only by doing a MapQuest search for this hotel's location did I find out there are others in this chain. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a wonderful hotel just off the main drag (Del.Rt.1) in Rehoboth Beach. Though it was located behind a supermarket shopping center not far from the busy highway, there was absolutely no noise--not even from other rooms. My room was rather luxurious for the Expedia price, featuring finely adjustable AC, microwave, refrigerator, safe, cable TV, etc. Free wireless Internet helped me plan the rest of my trip and make a hotel reservation on Expedia for the next night. The indoor pool and rather large whirlpool was even open until Midnight for adults only--a nice touch in a family hotel. And the Continental breakfast the next morning, featuring make-it-yourself Belgian waffles, fresh coffee with flavoring if desired, baked goods, fruit and juice, was the best I've ever had in this type of hotel. All in all, I can't wait to stay in another Americinn and highly recommend it to others. By the way, I'm also a travel writer who writes about hotels and this one is tops.
“Excellent Value”
Good value but be aware that there is no elevator. Hotel is two stories. For those with physical limitations this may cause a problem. Request a first floor room. Room was equipped with a refridgerator, microwave, cofee service,iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Again, a good value.
“Good intermediate quality hotel”
Very friendly staff. Very good continental breakfast selections. The hotel takes pets; some pets were noisy with barking and howling (one sounded like separation anxiety), but that was ok with us - although we did not have pets with us, we like pets.
“Wonderful place to stay”
This was a great hotel. It was really clean, especially considering they allow pets. They had a nice little breakfast each morning, and coffee/tea is available all day. The thing that really makes this hotel stand out from the rest is their staff. From check-in to check-out, every staff member we encountered was incredible. They were friendly, helpful, welcoming, and very accommodating. We were able to check in early, and they even allowed us to check out late, which made our trip very convenient and stress free. I will definitely recommend this hotel, and I look forward to visiting again.

Spent the weekend here in October. Had a great time. Nice indoor pool and hot tub.
“Smaller, quiet, and lots of dogs”
Off of busy Rt. 1, but still very quiet. There were lots of dogs, but I'm a dog lover so that was fine. Nice pool; free breakfast in the morning. Large convenient parking lot. Walking distance to two major grocery stores. Fairly large hotel rooms. A bit pricey for being a chain hotel out on Rt. 1, but it was the height of the season.
