Good place to stay.
A bit out of town but comfortable, very clean and a very good breakfast. Staff friendly. Lots of restaurants to choose from in town. It was a good stop over from driving from Sicily to Puglia. Recommend.

Location is way off the main town.
The hot water had problems, we have to call them 3 times before they re set the it for us. We could only shower the next morning. Disappointed given it’s supposed to be Premier of the chain.

Very clean and tidy. Well maintained and organised. Nice spa and pool. Room was a bit too warm and I was unable to cool it down, but I was also too tired to be bothered.

Beautiful Hotel
Everything about this hotel was great! The location in proximity to the hill villages and Cosenza was convenient. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and very clean with wonderful views from the balcony and extra tall windows. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh! We will stay here again!

Hotel staff is patience friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel is clean and comfortable. In new Rende and old Rende is a short drive

Great hotel but no service
The hotel is comfortable and modern but has absolutely nothing around it. When we asked about a shuttle bus we were told that this isn't Rome! The food in the restaurant was excellent however service was lacking. No-one who worked at the hotel looked interested in guests.

Great place in Rende!
Hotel and staff were awesome. We were very late checking in because of issues at the airport but it was no problem with them. Room was comfy and clean, had a great balcony and bathroom. The pool was fantastic and breakfast was very good with a great selection. Only issue is with the area, no where to walk to get food, drinks or toiletries but they will call a cab for you to take to the local town.

wonderful Return home for the holidays
we checked in in Palazzo Fabiano on December 24th and we spent one wonderful week there. The facilities are very nice and the staff very kind and friendly. The food was exceptional and the SPA well equipped. we hope to go back soon.

Nice hotel.
Great hotel with an equally great breakfast. And would be pleased to stay there again. Nice restaurant in the basement that we enjoyed. And staff was accommodating. Secure parking on the grounds.

Great hotel but
Traveling through Europe. This was a stop off point prior to traveling to Sicily. Great hotel. Only drawback was the pool was not freely available and there was a charge per hour for usage

We stayed for a family vacation. The service was excellent. The room was very clean and spacious. The highlight was breakfast every morning. The only negative comment has to do with the pool....we were travelling with our children ages 9 and 12 and the use of the pool for my children was discouraged during peak times. This hotel caters to a higher end clientele and children seem to be a distraction?

We would love to stay at this hotel again. It was beautiful as it overlooked the Meditereanean Sea. The hotel staff was wonderful and very helpful!!!

Easy Stay in Rende/Cosenza
Located in Rende just off the Autostrada, about 15mins away from Cosenza's historic center and old town Rende. The hotel is located in off a random street, almost in an industrial part of town. Not walkable to anything, but not in a sketchy place either. The building looks fairly new, and the property is well maintained inside and out. The rooms are nice, the staff was pleasant, and there is plenty of free parking is available on site. Two minor complaints: 1) Because I visited in November, the hotel had turned off their centralized air-conditioning system. Even with the windows opened the room got very warm during the evening, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. 2) The neighboring property to the north is some kind of auto garage (or something similar) that had a couple dogs that seemed to never stop barking. Overall, this was a nice hotel and I would recommend that anyone visiting Cosenza stay here. Not sure if it's the absolute nicest hotel in town, but I'll be it's close.

Unexpected Pleasure!
My Wife and I were travelling through Italy and this just happened to be a stop over, but proved one of the highlights of the trip! the Hotel is simply fantastic, the staff always smiling and willing to help! The hotel has a beautiful Spa where the staff are amazing, and the room was beautiful, with all the conveniences you could ask for (tv/air con/great shower/safe/comfy bed etc). The hotel is 5 mins from Rende town which has restaurants and shops, but we ate at the hotel restaurant as the food was fabulous and well priced for us as we were on a budget! The staff were very helpful and even though Rende is not a tourist hotspot, we will definately stay here again some day!

Quite Surprised
Was on the last leg of our driving trip and happy to see it on here so booked it. Also plus they allow pets. Beautiful hotel, great food and nice people working there. The ONLY thing that bummed me out was the quality of the sheets OUCH! I think they starched them or hung them to dry for days so they can help u get Ur dead skin off. I would go again.

Close to A3 with friendly and accomodating staff
Spacious suite room provided to house 2 Adults & 2 Children. Nice breakfast setting in outside courtyard. Air conditioning is managed centrally so can't be adjusted within the room itself, initial setting was 26Degrees. It was unclear at booking as to whether access to the swimming pool was included with the room package purchased, as there was a wellness package offered also.

Very relaxing, very close to Cosenza
Rende we chose because it looked more economical than Cosenza e a bit closer to the Albanese towns we were visiting. We had a one-night reservation but we were so contented e the staff was so hospitable, just the right mix of cordiality e professionalism, we stayed a second night. Our rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms clean, warm, polished pink stone e tile. The only thing lacking is that we would have enjoyed walking to restaurants e shopping, but with the traffic on Via Cristoforo Columbo, we had to drive. Also an inconvenience that could have been prevented if we'd known: the first time one person left the room for the gym, the other discovered she had no electricity or running water. We did appreciate this thoughtful saving of resources, e next time will simply ask for a second key. We will definitely consider Villa Fabiano our next visit to Calabria.

Hotellet er fint, med en udmærket beliggenhed. Pool og wellness området var helt i orden. Men personalet i restauranten var en skændsel. Da vi ankom til hotellet blev vi glædeligt overrasket over, at fyren i receptionen talte fremragende engelsk. Personalet ved poolområdet kunne også fint engelsk. Da hotellet var fint og lækkert, glædede vi os til at spise der om aftenen. Men ak, det var en kæmpe skuffelse. Da personalet i restauranten fandt ud af, at vi ikke kunne tale italiensk, og de kunne tilsyneladende ikke engelsk, blev vi stort set ignoreret. Det var så grelt, at den kaffe vi bestilte til desserten aldrig blev serveret. Næste morgen til morgenmaden var det ikke meget bedre. Vi var som luft for personalet. Trist oplevelse,da hotellet ellers var fint

gradevole vicino a Rende centro
L'albergo ha una hall piccola che non in prima battuta disorienta.I servizi SPA sono buoni e gradevoli. La prima colazione ha provocato qualche perlessita in termini di varieta' e numerosita delle proposte.
