Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Cleanliness. Large rooms with comfortable beds. Wonderful shower pressure. Great views. Free coffee and tea in the morning. Food items and drinks available at the desk. Cons: No vending machines, crazy people and homeless across the street and around parking garage.

In the beginning this place was great but it's gone downhill with the poor customer service lack of maintenance and lack of communication on their unwritten policies that change on a whim. I highly recommend you stay somewhere else as this property is nit wirth staying at. Be prepared for your reservation to be canceled with no notice and no information.

The hotel was excellent as was the service. It did not serve breakfast nor was there a restaurant on site. However the rates were incredibly good!. The block in which this hotel is located is in urban renewal--and located right in the middle of historical downtown Reno. Rooms nicely furnished. Bed extremely comfortable. TV, mini fridge and microwave in large mahogany armoire. Nice bathroom WITH TUB, fabulous view of the night skyline from my 23rd floor. Parking garage across the street and around the block--BUT FREE PARKING!!! Right in the center of things--very short walk to Truckee River Walk, cafés, restaurants, several museums, Amtrak Station, upscale movie theaters, and world-famous casinos. Very quiet. AC works great on a self-regulated thermostat. Enjoyable stay--especially for the money!
