We would have tried to get the guest on the phone to be quieter so you could have slept. Thank you for your response. Did you share any of your concerns with the staff or management? We did not have anything documented from you so we may take corrective actions as to any issues you may have experienced.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. All the hotel renovations were completed by the end of August. We are in the process of adding a Bar to the hotel and are waiting for our small wares to be delivered. Our pool has been closed since March 2020. We looked on the Hotels.com website and all information regarding the pool including pictures were removed in 2020. We would love to know what pictures or information you are seeing so we can remove the pictures or info that maybe cause miscommunication. I spoke to both staff members that were present when you informed us of your incident with our business chair to get clarity regarding the condition of the chair prior to your incident. Our business center chairs are brand new (4 weeks old) so we want to research as to why and if there was manufacturer defect.

Thank you for sharing your experiences with us. We were installing a bar in right above our fitness center so there should have been an signed indicating the fitness center was temporarily closed. However, since our complimentary guest laundry room is adjacent to the fitness center, guest's needed to access the fitness center entranced to do their a laundry.We have taken corrective action with our staff regarding foul language as this is a not acceptable at all and appreciate that you brought it to our attention. We do hope you will give us another opportunity to exceed your expectations.
