I felt very safe. The surrounding area was nice. It is a little ways away from the tourist areas. But Uber works real slick out here.

We didn’t enjoy this hotel as much since the rooms are in a very packed layout which was very inconvenient. The rooms should be upgraded and improved as they are not in great condition.

I stayed in room 314. The occupants in room 312 were quite noisy late in the night very early in the morning. Maybe the sound proof between 312 and 314 is inadequate as we could audio hear team as if is no wall between the two rooms. Keep in mind we did not hear occupants in room 316. The nonexistence of ventilation fun in the was bathroom means air freshness compromised after using the toilet as the smell lingers for so long. No iron and ironing board need to be addressed. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and may used it again.

We have stayed at this hotel several times since its opening. It is now a bit rundown with some disrepair. The staff to a person are absolutely wonderful, helpful, courteous and professional. We really miss the facility's pristine appointments and structure. there is no longer a shuttle service to center of the city and it is some distance from the hotel to the city. taxi and uber cost about 12 to 14 euros to The city center. we always enjoy the breakfast buffet. The once fine restaurant has also diminished.

The Grand Tiberius Hotel was lovely, the staff was so helpful and the building was huge. They graciously had a crib for our 1 year old which was so helpful. Continental breakfast was delicious, I want one of their coffee machines at home. Two downfalls however were: the beds were hard like sleeping on plywood (we had two rooms one for us and one for my parents the beds were equally as awful), the property is close to a train station but it doesn’t connect well with the metros of the city which are already limited. This is no fault of the hotel but did impact our stay. Overall a great choice of hotel.

Excellent staff, very kind Place is very pleasant and the room clean and tidy. Bed aren’t Excellent but good, was two double joined and pillow are a bit bulky ana bit tough for my need, didn't tried ask for any replacement, probably my bad. I am greatly satisfied Thanks to all

It was nice overall for us. It was perfect in the area we picked. You can walk to the Vatican if you wanted, Grocery Store, Restaurants, etc. Everything close by was perfect for us.

The bath tube/shower has a glass door that only covers less than half of the tube, therefore a lot of water splashes outside if it when taking a shower. There’s only A/C but not heater, even when it has good handle if the internal temperature. The A/C doesn’t seem to regulate the temperature very well, it’s either too cold or barely. However, all of these are small details. The service of the entire staff is great. The property is not new at all but not bad and it’s clean. The included breakfast is not awesome but good enough and with a fee different options.

The staff are very pleasant, the room was spacious and clean (small bathroom), bed was firm, very quiet on the 5th floor making sleeping easy. Located in a safe residential area on a hill-20 minute walk to the Vatican. Took cab to hotel and driver found it easy, but google maps when returned from Vatican made it difficult to find the hotel on foot. Probably should have taken a cab--tried to find cab and the only one we found wanted an enormous fee. No clothes shopping or fine dining nearby for walking, but a number of small bar/cafes nearby. Would definitely return to Grand Tiburio.

First hotel in Italy!
This hotel was very clean. A pleasant first impression once in the room. The pedestal sink in the bathroom makes for no space to put your toiletries and I wasn’t able to use my flat iron in the bathroom. An issue maybe only Canadians have. Otherwise it was a pleasant hotel and a great stay.

The staff was very helpful. They spoke English and gave us good recommendations for dinning in the area. The Hotel was close to the major attractions. You can walk or take an Uber to the attractions. I recommend to take an Uber. The Hotel served a full American breakfast buffet. We had an early morning excursion and the staff prepared a breakfast bag for each of us which was filled with more than enough food. The only criticism I can make is the beds and pillows need upgrading. I recommend; the price is right, the staff was great and location is near the major attractions. Hope this help when making your decision. Ciao!

We had a lovely stay in early September. The room was nice and cool, staff was helpful and safe residential area. The only thing that was difficult was how poor the sound proofing in the room was. I could conversations and bathroom activity in the rooms near me.

We stayed 2 nights with the family. The hotel is walking distance from vatikan which is good. The bad part is , in the second night a bug, most probably bedbug bit my whole back. İt was terrible itching in the next 2-3 days.

Location was convienient but honestly found much of the staff cold and unfriendly. Rooms were clean and spacious but walls did not protect from sound coming from room next door. We were looking for a property with a pool to cool off at the end of a hot Roman day but the pool was small, cloudy and water was as warm as bath water so we took a hard pass.
