Close to Colosseo and Metro
Our stay was very good. Some things to consider: 1) The advertising currently is: A complimentary buffet breakfast is served each morning in the breakfast area between 8 AM and noon. - This is incorrect, there is not breakfast area. You go to a cafe/bar just a block away where you are offered juice or coffee and a half sandwich or croissant. 2) Another portion of the ad for this property reads: Additional amenities include coffee in the lobby and an elevator (lift). -There is no lobby but there is an old elevator which we didn't use. This is someone's home that rents out nice rooms. They don't currently accept credit cards (July 2012) so we had to pay cash. Nice manager who speaks English. We climbed three flights of stairs to our room. Nice room - air conditioning works. Relatively quiet street.

Risk of staying in a new place paid off well.
Good: Great remote staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Room size was nice. Bed was comfortable. Air Conditioning worked well. Localtion was great (1.5 blocks from the Colosseum (could see it out the window down the street). Nice street and building (charm). Bad: Person in room next to us smoked in room/hallway a lot. A towel under our door seemed to minimize the effect. Elevator was out of order, but we're in good shape. Cash only, no credit cards. Overall, we took a risk and it paid off well...staying at a new place (few of the reviews) in a city we werent familiar with. We would absolutely stay there again.

B&B molto ben tenuto e tranquillo! Il personale è molto disponibile! Due passi dal Colosseo e dal centro.....! Molto ben servito da ristoranti, bar, e servizi pubblici!

Dårlig madrass.
Er veldi fornøyd med oppholdet på dette b&b. Havnet på en annen adresse enn det som stod på hotels.com. Via dei Serpenti 6. Dette var mer sentralt. Rommet var veldig fint og reint med eget bad. Det son trekker ned var veldig hard seng.
