"When I checked in, the room was not ready, it was dirty and no blankets on the bed and the elevator was out of service. The day after, the manager Tomer made the best and upgraded me and gave me a preferntial tariff, which I appreciated a lot so I decided to stay in the hotel. After this the stay was very pleasant, thanks to Tomer. The hotel is in good shape, but the rooms are small. Location is perfect. "
