We really enjoyed our beach vacation here. Very new and clean hotel, and really close to the waterfront, with countless nice cafes and restaurants around. Also the rooftop terrace was great.

My stay at BY14 was great! It is a great location near the beach. There were plenty of amenities and they offered a happy hour in the lobby. The staff was super nice. My room needed a bit of renovation but overall it was very clean and a great experience.

Great hotel. Fantastic location just a few minutes from the beach. Free coffee all day in reception. Nice terrace on the 11th floor. Lovely staff. Clean room. Little noise from the construction outside but didn’t affect me personally. Would definitely stay here again.
