Overall I would not hesitate to stay at the pixel again the office staff was very kind and also let us stay two hours past checkout time is our flight doesn’t leave till late in the afternoon I do suggest that better communication between the answering service in the hotel itself

Location location location! The hotel is centrally located in a safe yet bustling part of Tel Aviv at the center of the Bauhaus area. And the beach is only 5 mins walk. I loved the completely "autonomous" i.e. no concierge/reception style. Receiving messages over WhatsApp on the location, door code, and retrieving the room key were seamless. I needed help with something and chatted with the staff member and my issue was resolved within minutes. I would stay there again!

I believe this hotel offer a very good value. The rooms are very nice and clean. The self checkin make it easy. You must be aware that there is no staff on site and you will be charge for every service you can request. This is a no frill hotel similar to airbnb or low cost airline. If you are confortable dealing online it will be very easy. Personally I found it was very reasonable price for quality compare to other places in tel Aviv. I would go again.

Simplistic autonomous hotel. Pro- great location!!! easy checkin, 24/7 online support, cool design. The idea of kichennett is cute but without a range hood I am quite worried about cooking beneath the fire alarm… So I switched to poaching eggs after my first attempt of fish fillet. And chopping board please ;) Con- noise (the window is single-layered and road constructions/garbage removals start before seven in the morning, while many guests are rather inconsiderate and talk very loud in the corridor at night).

So small rooms, claustrophobic place, absolutely impersonal (no staff at all). They say check-in is for free! (I didn’t know it was supposed to be charged!)(simply they send you an email 3 hours before chek in telling you what is your “cell” number and where find key to get in). They will charge you for cleaning the room daily! and for keeping your luggage as well!. Not recommendable at all. Worst “hotel” I have ever been

This is an "autonomous hotel", which means no staff on premise. All communication is via whatsapp, self check in/out. Initially I was a bit worried about this, but it actually was fine, we got all the information needed and the people on whatsapp where very responsive, even though we stayed during a national holiday. We stayed as a family with 3 kids, and had a good time. There are not many amenities, just a nice rooftop with a deck and a tiny pool, but it was enough for us. The area is super walkable and very active, so anyways I am assuming whoever stays here will not stay at the hotel for too long. The room was clean and organized, nothing fancy (my wife said it looks like sleeping in Ikea...) but it was comfortable and we liked it. I would stay here again if I get the chance.

Booked a room meant to sleep three people but on arrival was only given a room with one small double bed. I refused and booked another hotel but now a month later I still have not received a refund. Not having a reception is a cool idea if things work, but it makes things extremely difficult when they don't. We weren't the only people at this hotel with issues either.
