La atención de Natalia fue excepcional, desde que llegamos nos apoyó y nos hizo sentir en casa. Respecto al hotel es muy bonito, tiene áreas comunes bastante acogedoras, siempre hay café, te y galletas para estar en el lobby. Las habitaciones son péqueñas pero muy cómodas, modernas y limpias. "Great hotel for the most part... was on 4th floor so water/mini bar would have been useful.. a few marks/hairs on walls which was a bit odd... room was well decorated and everywhere looked new and smart. Couldn’t find much hotel/room info and couldn’t see obvious way of ringing reception from the phone. "
