"Spent 3 pleasant nights while visiting Europa Park. The room was spacious and clean, with nice touch of fresh natural flowers. The breakfast was good, plenty of choice while minimizing food waste. The staff very hospitable and welcoming. We also enjoyed dinners at the restaurant, with tasty food of large portions, and nice beer. If we come to Europa Park in the future, will definitely stay here again."

"We stayed here for one night on our way to Europa Park. Due to a flight change we were going to arrive late and I saw that check in was only open until 10:30. I sent the hotel a message and asked what we would need to do, after a few messages back and forth we were told if we arrived late there is a lock box near the door, and we were given the code and told our room keys would be in there, as it was we arrived with ten minutes to spare so didn't need to do this. The photos don't do the rooms...

"Casa Rustica was exactly what I needed. They are a friendly small hotel with personal service. After a long road trip with kids, the proprietor Juliano helped with laundry, gave us a table at the restaurant with no reservation, a complimentary shot of Jaeger (I really needed it) and generally were very accommodating. "Our stay was comfortable and we found the rooms to be very modern and clean. Breakfast is just OK and a bit repetitive after 3 days. The staff are friendly and the location is super close to Europa Park which is what we needed. Food options are limited but if you drive to neighbouring towns there are decent restaurant choices. The major negative for me is not having daily maid service. I do understand the environmental benefit, but after 3 days we really needed fresh towels. You have to ask...

We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and taking the train into Freiburg was very easy and made our time lass stressful as we didn't need to worry about driving.
