“Surprise Bargain in paris”

We were ready to just look at the place then check in somewehere else.But the hotel was a pleasant surprise the pics in the internet does not tell you a lot.its not in the middle of Paris Its where the local restautant seems to know its patron so it gives you a sense of safety This aparthelle was brand new. brand new shower/ bathroom and comfortable bed plus you have ur fridge,stove, coffemaker and all the pots and pans and plates u need. Its like staying in an aprtment fully furnished. and for the nightly price we paid for, it was truly a bargain u can't find anywhere else. Staff are very friendly esp. emmanuele and a night guy who was fluent in several languages so communication was never an issue and they even help you map out your plan for the day on sights to see and go..place was 2-3 min walk to metro line 13 stop at carrefour pleyel which links you to everything in paris.close to several local restaurant including a turkish resto which we frequented and there's also a local grocery store where we bought our eggs and bread and drinks for r breakfast which I cook in our apartment if u don't want the daily breakfast offered by the hotel...I'll recommend it to friends and families and we'll definitely go back...

“Very friendly staff”

We had an excellent two night break in this hotel. The staff were all friendly and spoke English when my limited French vocabulary ran out! The room was clean, warm, comfortable and the double glazing meant no noise was heard from the road. The metro was only a short walk away, perfect for transport to the centre of Paris. I would definitely go back again.

We booked this hotel as we were going to see Depeche Mode at the Stade de France. the location for this was brilliant. its a 2 min walk to the metro and the trip into paris is very quick and easy. the hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable, en suite clean and there was even a flat screen tv which we hadnt expected. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. There isnt much to do around the hotel but as I said the metro is 2 mins away. Very good value for money, room even had a little kitchen area which was fully equiped to prepare a meal if you want to.

one of the receptionists told us that we should learn french after all we were in "a french country"...the worst was the tone of his voice though. we were there as tourists and i have never heard that we need the learn the visited country's language before visiting. the hotel was really nice, reasonable prices, clean and even though it was far from central paris it is served with a good metro line (line 13)

“Nice, clean place out of the city”

This hotel was very nice, modern, and clean. The bathroom was a bit small, but that's not a huge problem. The kitchen was clean and the bed was really comfortable. It is about a 40 minute Metro ride from the city center, but it's close to the Metro stop and easy to find. The staff was friendly. Overall a good experience!

“The best hotel except for cleaning staff”

The hotel was really wonderful. However we had a problem with house keeping. We were there for seven nights but they only cleaned the room once after constent harrasment.

Happy to stay here again. Reasonable location for the money, close to metro station. Great reception and room service, very clean, comfortable room. Perfectly adequate as a base while exploring Paris. I'd stay here again if I just wanted a nice room as a base.

“Great Value for 'Stade de France' or central Paris”

I found the hotel slightly hard to find, but perhaps I should have made sure I had a better map, and ideally already bought my ticket for the France v England friendly Football match, being played at Stade de France on the evening of my arrival. But once I arrived, the hotel turned out to be in a very good location, close to a Metro station, and a twenty minute walk from the impressive stadium, and for the price the room was clean and spacious, hinting at being a mini-apartment. A generous self-service continental breakfast is provided for 7 Euros, but no other meals are catered for, there are just two quite small areas of tables and chairs available at other times. The staff are friendly and informative, will give you a good map, and supply information, such as where to find an internet cafe. An additional city tax of 0.6 Euro per night applies. There is a big shopping mall nearby, and there are many connections to central Paris, bus, metro, taxi etc., as the hotel is conveniently located in zone 2. I reccommend the zones 1-2 day-pass for all public transport for 5.30 Euros. For me a budget traveller, the hotel was ideal, but even for those wanting medium quality facilities I would suggest this hotel has a lot of plusses. All basic facilities are provided, with some added value inclusions. I am very happy to recommend the Citea Saint Denis Pleyel Hotel.

“Very convenient if you want to go to Disney as well as Paris”

The metro is less than five minutes walk and one can reach Eifel tower within 20min. Highway is also very close and it takes around 30min drive to Disney. The hotel rooms are kept very well. The kitchen could be improved with a better exhaust and a small fan could help you in summer. The staff was very supportive when needed with occassional delay in answering the call. No Gym but there could be something nearby who are very diciplined to to visit one. Price is reasonable for the facilities provided.
