The staff at the hotel were without exception a delight. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always smiling. Our room was spacious and well fitted out and the pool and hotel itself were superbly designed with fascinating art and furnishings. The food was good but not outstanding. The piped music from the poolside was sometimes intrusive or on for too much of the day. Sometimes we had difficulty getting hot water from the overhead shower.

The staff were excellent and went out of the way to help. Very cute boutique hotel. Excellent experience. Food could have been better. They tried but just couldn’t provide the taste and quality similar to a five star property.

I loved this stay! The staff was wonderful and attentive, the atmosphere was full of character and charm, and the food and drink was delicious. The cooking lesson with chef Ajay was very educational, and he went above and beyond sharing recipes and knowledge that will be used for years to come. The spa was wonderful as well. Will be back!

What an incredible stay experience at Storii by ITC Shanti Morada Goa hotel i had with my family. The ambiance was truly enchanting, with a perfect blend of portugese old-fashioned chic decor that transform you time travel to a past era. This hotel far exceeded expectations. The staff were all so helpful, friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated and are so quiet, even though they all overlook the pool. The whole hotel is so beautiful, with small details found everywhere and thoughtfully laid out. The swimming pool and jacuzzi/bar area are a great place to relax and unwind. The day spa was excellent, I enjoyed a relaxing body scrub and massage. We also did a private cooking class, where the in-house chef took us to the fish markets and then taught us how to cook 7 dishes, which we then enjoyed in the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble. The only downside was that we had to eventually leave. We do plan on returning though!

The perfect place to unwind.
Absolutely loved this hotel! The room was massive and extremely clean, the bathroom was beautiful. The pool area was lovely and relaxing. The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast had a wide range of selections. Loved to wander around the hotel as the furnishings and art was beautiful. Although a little out of the way the hotel arranged taxi's for you to get around which were reasonable prices. Being out of the way did have the advantage of not getting the relentless traffic noise that we got in other resorts. My only regret was not staying there for longer!

Shanti Morada, peaceful and calm stay
Shanti Morada is a boutique hotel with beautiful interiors. They have thought of all the amenities a person would require during their stay, very aptly. Our stay at Shanti Morada was relaxing and rejuvenating. We were given their premium room which was very spacious and poolside facing The staff was very friendly, helpful and made us feel at home. They made arrangements for our travel as and when required.The poolside ambience, jacuzzi, and breakfast spread in the morning made it a complete vacation. Would definitely visit this place again.

Support such hotels to sustain for experience
This is was the best experience we had in Goa. I think the from the time we stepped in till we go out, the experience and joy we had staying in Shanti M was amazing and unforgettable. Everything and everyone (staff) in Shanti M was top class. I recommend people to stay in this place and make it sustain and support the wonderful staff.

Goan Adventure
Our stay at Shanti Morada was exemplary. The staff were excellent and incredibly helpful. The hotel had great facilities with a nice big room, comfortable bed and good bathroom with standing bath. The hotel offered good food options and even had a bar by the pool which was great on a warm night. The hotel also helped organise drivers for us for day trips wherever we wanted to go in Goa which was really helpful. Overall we had a lovely time and would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay
It was really good. The service was excellent with everyone going out of their way to assist and make everything perfect. Unfortunately, there were electricity problems in Goa during our period of stay and frequent power cuts. This adversely affected the swimming pool water filteration process and it was looking a bit murky towards the end of our stay. The hotel is located in a fairly quiet road, but there is a local bus stopping in front of the place. Very convenient for us as we used the bus a lot

This property is exceptional, everywhere you look it is beautiful and tastefully restored. Rooms so spacious and comfortable with a great pool and grounds. It’s in a perfect location a little away from the busy -ness but easy access to popular northern tourist beaches and markets. Food was delicious and staff so friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful place soaked in art and culture
Well decorated hotel with ethnic and artistic touch. Rooms are very spacious. Toilet bathrooms are huge in size with bathtub and shower. Very well kept clean place with very helpful staff. Ideal for families and couples. You would love the peaceful surroundings. The staff is extraordinarily helpful. The restaurant staff makes sure that you get everything absolutely fresh and hot straight from the frying pan. They pamper you to no end.

The best place to stay. Truly Awesome!
What a lovely and beautiful place it is. Every nook and corner has been well thought and then designed to give it that perfect look. The past heritage of Goan yore has been brought to the present. The restaurant has a perfect ambiance and the food is awesome. The staff is very cooperative and well mannered. My special thanks to Amar for giving us an early check-in and organizing the tickets for the cruise.

Very good & quite satisfactory.
We stayed for 3 nights and overall experience was quite satisfactory. Room was tidy and comfortable with a balcony facing the pool. Quite peaceful place. Service by everyone is also very good. Buffet Breakfast spread was very good with an option to order hot for you. Lunch & dinner items are also satisfactory and served hot. Wi-fi is available at every location but you have to choose particular point basis your location (example: restaurant, pool, 1st floor, etc). They also provide a free pick-up, drop to nearby Calangute beach. We enjoyed our stay.

I cannot speak too highly about this lovely hotel.The room was amazing, the location was wonderfully peaceful and the food was fantastic. What we loved most of all were the staff- all such lovely people without exception. Everyone was unfailingly police, kind and helpful. We were made to feel so welcome and the service from everyone was better than in a five star hotel. The hotel had so much character and charm we were truly sad to leave- I wish we had been able to stay longer and hope to return again soon.

We went there after we saw the stunning rooms and architecture of this hotel. But their service is even better and is really spot on. Every staff member is very courteous and polite. Rooms are spectacular and bathrooms even better. They ask you if you had dinner and offer a late checkout as per your travel convenience.I haven't received such treatment even from some top and high priced hotels.

Great boutique hotel in an old house
Lovely boutique hotel in an old house. Staff were warm and helpful, whether it was tips on where to shop, finding me a yoga mat or sending us off on our early morning ride to the airport with a goodie bag of water and fruit. Like all the rooms, our patio faced the pool but was less private as other guests walked past it as a shortcut to the reception area. We also had a coughing guest as a neighbour the last 2 nights, and the noise came through the walls. Loved the garden, especially the yoga terrace at the top of it, a serene spot surrounded by trees and birds - including a kingfisher! 15 mins by taxi to the nearest main drag and beach at Candolim, it's a great spot to retreat to after the hustle and bustle of sight seeing.

Little beauty away from the madness
Beautiful 20 bedroom hotel full of authentic Portuguese furniture. Lovely spacious rooms, immaculately clean with gorgeous furniture. Bathrobe, towels, toiletries changed/replenished daily. Daily housekeeping to clean/change beds if required. Complimentary water left in your fridge each day. All bedrooms overlook the beautiful pool area but worth booking the luxury rather than premium. Both are of the same standard but luxury is slightly bigger with a large balcony or patio to relax outside. Premium have a Juliette balcony not big enough to sit out. We arrived end September so slightly out of season, hence hotel fairly quiet which suited us. All of the staff are accommodating, friendly, kind & extremely caring to your needs. They go above & beyond to please you. Special thanks to Amar, Vishanti, Laltu & Sanjb. All very professional people with amazing smiles to melt you. Shanti Morada is a peaceful, relaxing hotel not to be missed. You need to highly recommend this beauty. Thank you to all x

The Most Excellent Service & Great Food
The Best Service I have Received. I have stayed around the world but the staff at Shanti Morada go the extra mile to keep the guest happy. The Manager Mr. Amar Sareen was super co-operative. I would stay in this resort every time I visit GOA.

An oasis of tranquility and comfort
We had the most memorable stay at Shanti Morada. The hotel is beautiful with exquisite pieces of art and treasures of Indian craftsmanship to feast your eyes on in every corner. Every single member of staff is kind and attentive, the food is outstanding and the cocktails are wonderful too. Recommend it holeheartedly and we will be back !!!

Chill in Goa
Ideal spot to chill before or after a trip to India! Great pool , food and service. Cheap taxi to beach if you want that, but we found the pool area best.

Charming character hotel
We were given a tour of the history and gardens of this old Portugese home refurbished & extended to a delightful hotel. The rooms were large, clean rooms furnished in Indian style & lovely balcony overlooking the pool.

Was travelling round north and south India for 5 weeks and do decided I would book a treat for myself at the end of my travels and stay at Shanti Morada. Sadly ONE DAY before arriving at the Hotel I was involved in a road accident and fractured my elbow. On my arrival the hotel staff were immediately diligent and helpful with assisting me with doctors appointments and help getting around now I only had one able arm! Their customer service was impeccable! I was so disappointed when the doctor told me I had fractured my arm and wouldn't be able to use it for 3 weeks. My stay at Shanti Morada and the exceptional staff assistance definitely made my recuperation period 100 times better.

Very nice 4 days
Stayed at the Shanti Morada for 4 days with family. The rooms were interesting. Furnished with antique furniture. They were also large and practical. The property as a whole was wonderful and memorable. Improvements can be made in service and food. The service was slow (both restaurant and room). Continental food was fine, but the Indian spread (especially South Indian) for breakfast was below average. I would have preferred a few more menu options as well. The wifi was unpredictable

Ask For Salim..............
This place was wonderful. The staff was on top of everything you could possible need. However a special thank you for outstanding service needs to go out to Salim, the driver. Our first night there he asked us if he could suggest a nice restaurant for diner, it was fabulous and not over priced. The next day he asked if he could show us around the area, we ended up going to places most other people wouldn't see. It only figures at 6:00 am the morning of our departure there is Salim's smiling face ready to take us to the airport.
