We were so grateful to did this hotel after not finding the previous reservation suitable. The staff was so nice. They found us a room quickly, let us check in early and checked on us at check out to make sure we had a nice stay. It was the bay hotel experience we had on our entire trip

Great we actually stayed the night before a flight and then again when we got back. The first room had a very noisy ac unit. The second night in a different room it was perfect and we both slept really well. Hotel was very clean. I wished there was a few more options in the breakfast but for the price we paid I was ok grabbing something at the airport for breakfast.

Wonderful customer service! Check in was handled professionally and "Wendy's mom" was helpful and super personable. Clean, convenient, parking, elevator, breakfast, shuttle service begins at 4am, noon checkout. Comfy bed, great water pressure. Tics all the boxes for a traveler level hotel. Also, the price was the same as the truly dreadful bait and switch hotel we fled before coming here.
