"After staying here a few years ago, i got a good deal for a week self catering for 2 rooms and this was perfect. Rooms were big and slightly modernised, in the peak summer you would prob struggle with only the ceiling fan, but it was fine in April. Only slight disappointment was no late check out despite checking numerous times."

You’re given a key for the main gate ( which is kept locked after 10pm ) unfortunately it’s a faulty lock and took ages to try and get in at times , noticed staff and they already knew about it , said nothing could be done . "I love staying at this property, it’s always a pleasure still after many years. The staff are lovely and whether you just want a chat or total privacy your needs are catered for, housekeepers are first class and very helpful. This is a little bolt away place for me for that quick burst of sun in the winter or that last minute getaway. Definitely will be back as soon as I can, great work guys. "

"Great location, clean tidy rooms with a small kitchen, very friendly staff. A couple of minutes walk to the beach and lots of amenities (shops, restaurants etc) close by. The only thing I could fault was the lack of air con in the room. As we stayed at the end of November this was not too much of a problem, but I would think twice about booking if I were looking to stay in July/August."

"The hotel is in a very quiet area, but well located in the middle of the Maspalomas triangle :the dunes, playa del ingles, and yumbo center : a 20 - 25 min walk to all this places. The hotel is very quiet and I barely saw people around, not even at the pool area, which by the way close promptly at 7pm. Our unit was very basic but clean and with the essential things you need for short stay. It was located in the first floor, with a little terrace facing a fence and grass, so no view at all. ...

"The place is quiet, nice with some plants, clean. The pick up of keys arrangememt can be better, we had to atop at another compound over 30 minutes away so we had to take a taxi. Also, if you have ipad, you cannot get connected to wifi, there are two passwords required. Android phones are fine, but not sure about iphones and laptops, too."

The hotel across compounds the music. Truly awful. You close the windows but still get bass beats and hot. 0630 the bin lorry arrives. "
