"There was no clear indication of how we accessed the property. Despite trying to communicate with the owner, there was no response. We had to just turn up and hope for the best. "The location of the hotel was wonderful; right in the centre of Sandwich. No on site parking but the market car park was only a few minutes walk away. The staff were friendly and efficient and check in was quick and easy. The room was small but clean with a comfortable bed. It took a long time for the hot water to arrive but when it did the shower was good with nice big bath towels. My only complaints were that the wifi was dreadful/non existent and, contrary to their website, no hot breakfast...
