It’s a beautiful awesome decor small room and nice staff. The only negative thing is that it’s $55 for a pet! $25 for pet and $30 for cleaning. I guess people abuse their privilege of taking a pet. I need to call the hotel/motel to find out what the charges are when making reservation.

Great place! Very nicely decorated and enough space in the room. The bed were good, though an extra blanket would have been nice. Excellent breakfast in the café!

The hotel itself was nice, private and quiet. However, I was suprised I was requested to pay a $10 ticketing fee to eat breakfast to watch a drag race show that I was never informed that would be occuring during brunch hours! What I will say was that their happy hour drinks and machos are AMAZING!!! I really hope Santa Fe can clean up the homeless shelter nearby across the street as there were many homeless roaming the immediate area, which made me a little uneasy. I wish the rooms would have been a little bit bigger but overall it was relaxing, clean, and restful!

The Mystic is super cute and incredibly curated. Loved the hip desert aesthetic and quaint little rooms! It’s just outside of a #2 bus station so it’s easy to get to and from downtown. Also appreciated the secured entryways to the rooms during late hours. A few small cons: The walls of the rooms are thin, and I could hear conversations, cleaning, and even snoring in the rooms next to me. The tv didn’t always work and sometimes was frozen or turned off randomly. And even though the surrounding area is quiet overall, there’s a homeless shelter directly across the street, so there are some sketchy characters walking around outside. Just be sure to walk in groups or drive at night if you’re going down the main street. But overall this was a very pleasant and charming stay!

The design of the hotel was so beautiful and relaxing. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We originally booked a smaller room with two kids and two adults. We asked if we could upgrade, after the first night if our three night stay, and they were very helpful and upgraded for half the original price of the suite with no problems.

Misleading thought id have to double queen room, but were full sized, email mentioned breakfast but it was information about their reataurant that's not even open on the day i stayed. TV didnt work stayed on all night couldn't turn it off.

I had a lovely time at The Mystic. The rooms are nice - although its an older buiding and you can hear people walking above you and doors closing so just be mindful of it. The restaurant/lounge area was a great spot to chill out and the food/drink menu was excellent. Would stay here again for sure. Thank you!

Pleasantly surprised! This is a hidden gem with a great nightly rate. Cleaner than major chains I have stayed at in last few years, great shower head, HOT water, comfortable bed, "quirky" enough to fit in at Santa Fe. I was even asked how my stay was when I checked out! It may seem a bit rough as you first see it but for my needs, it's a gem. I will definitely stay when I visit Santa Fe.

The Mystic has that quaint rodeside motel vibe with the class of a more upclass hotel and is an excellent value for the money. There are amazing linens and decor, it is relatively quiet and everything is new and clean. It gave me Schitt's Creek/Rosebud motel vibes.

Sorry I haven’t stayed at a motel for a long time , so my review maybe over critical . Photos r nicer than reality. Room is nicely remodeled and decorated, daughter loved the vibe! But it is a small room and a motel. I guess it is clean enough, not noisy, safe enough. I arrived in late evening and I was a bit concerned. Nice TV channels including many cool movies and Netflex!

Overcharged - Scam
I was overcharged $200 by the hotel and they have refused to refund it and the manager won’t return my calls.

Hello Bobbie, you brought an unregistered dog into our room. The room was left with lots of dog hair which caused our housekeeping to have to take extra steps to rid the room of hair and anything left by the pet since the room was not dog friendly. Despite our policy you kept claiming that you did not have a dog so we did accommodate a refund. This statement is false that we did not refund you, because we did. We will not tolerate this unacceptable behavior, and false claims.

Best Stay on Route 66
This place was amazing! Hands down one of the best hotel rooms I've had this year. Everything was new and clean and ultra hip. The staff was super friendly, and best of all the food and drinks were awesome!

The bed was not comfortable. It took some time to figure out the climate control in the room. The motel staff were generally pleasant, however the staff in the restaurant were overall not very professional.

On our welcome cards in all of our rooms we have instructions on how to operate our AC/Heating systems and we even have a QR code to a video showing you how to use it!
