“Best Location”

This hotel was situated right in the village of Siesta keys. The management was so helpful. You do not need a car and the beach is just a walk across the street. We had room 107; an efficiency which I think is the best room in the house. Do not pay any attention to neg for this place. I`m telling you it is the best.john

“Beach Oasis”

It is not a new hotel, but location was wonderful. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, extra towels and we just had to walk across the street to go to the beach. Dinner was right next door. Good too. A wonderful stay. Would possitively go back again and again.

I stayed in one of their newly renovated effficency doubles. Very nice, clean. The location to the beach was very convenient, and also to the restaurants and shops. No need to drive anywhere! Will stay there again!

“Great Location”

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I did a ton of research about Siesta Key and this hotel was everything we wanted. It is right next to the village so you can walk to all of the restaurants and 50 steps from the beach. This part of the beach was also very private and open and great for morning walks and evening sunsets. The only recommendation I would make is to upgrade to a jacuzzi room, remodeled room, and bring a pillow. My only complaint is that we had a hard time with the pillow comfort and the floors didn't seem so clean but I also understand that it comes with sandy areas. The staff was very nice and it was very affordable. I do recommend getting a rental car and driving to Ledo Key (about 15 minutes away) to visit St. Armands Circle and to dine at those restaurants. After staying 5 days we enjoyed the food/beverages in Ledo Key much better than Siesta Key. The restaurant Columbia is a must! Have a great time, we did.

“Great time in Siesta Key”

Not sure why there were bad reviews on this place, we loved it. All the restaurants, bars, shopping and beautiful beach just around the corner. We parked our car and didn't need it the rest of the stay. We met some wonderful people who stay here every year for 20 years. Staff was friendly. Pool area and grounds were very nice. The rooms could use some upgrades but we didn't come here to be in our room so all in all it was a tremendous vacation.
