"The property is a 10/10 with beautiful views of the ocean. The beach is a bit dirty with plastic and seweed on the beach. The staff are amazing and friendly. "Recommend cabin 105 which is upstairs with its outside seatings with own balcony. Downstairs room can be noisy. The place is in a very small property without any facilities except a swimming pool. Breakfast is okay. The place does not have its own generator. I experienced two blackouts in one day and had to stay in the dark during the very warm day. The night staff did not bother to come and check if guests need flashlights or candle. But the daytime manager, Pond, is helpful and accommodating. "

"The villa sits on the hill side. The view of construction area from balcony is not nice. This resort is right on Sukhumvit rd. after the intersection lights so becareful if you drive. To check in, You have to contact the Rimpu Hill coffee shop that is also the resort office. There is a parking dirt lot near the villa area.
