“Nice but Ackward!”

The Hotel room in itself was lovely. Nice lounge and fully equipted kitchen, cozy bath and bedroom with all necesseties present. However, for a ski-resort hotel there were certain shortcomings. If you are interested in using the pool or sauna facilities they have a very short opening time, and close to early for usage after a day on the slopes (which was frankly very annoying). Further the steam room or sauna was only free first time, after which payment was required for usage! Also you were required to completely clean your room upon checking-out, otherwise the deposit would be held back. These policies among others gave the hotel a very 'unfriendly' atmosphere.
