"Upgraded rooms were noisy, for the swimming pool area has music on all day include the night performance. It would be good for family with children, but not for me. I needed a rest and nap at the hotel for few days. So they gave me a room tour and that made me more tired, for the hotel was huge. I told them that i need a quite room up front yet i had to go around 3 rooms. Well, the interior was pretty much antic. "

"Friday December 6th 2019, 17:00KST. Lady in black suit at the check in counter called Misun was toxic. She charges around $50 USD for some random extra charge per person. Alright. Annoying but I will pay. HOWEVER, she completely ignored what we were trying to say or ask. Her attitude was bottom leveled, definitely not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. "Self check-in and there is no shops nor eatery nearby. Need to drive about 10mins to look for food. Drinking water is by dispenser that is outside the room. Toilet is not heated nor the seat. Using the toilet during winter season is a torture."
