The staff at the front dest was very helpful, make me felt so grateful. Wslking to the airport was so easy as i was taking a very early flight, took me less than 15min.

The hotel is near terminal 2 and accessible via the free shuttle from terminal 1 and a short walk from the shuttle stop. Would recommend for transit passengers as convenient to the airport — limited dining options at terminal 2 and the hotel though. The showers may be smelly — they need some attention. Bottled water is provided in the rooms however no glasses. Adequate for a night stay.

The property is near terminal 2 and accessible by taking the free shuttle bus from terminal 1 and walking a short distance. The room I was given faced the street so was a little noisy but not much of an issue — make sure the window is closed properly if you are hearing outside road noise and birds. The shower was much better than other room I stayed in at hotel — the shower drain smelled like poo! Bottled water was provided but no glasses which would have been nice for teeth brushing. Overall, would stay here again for transit and would recommend for transit passengers.

Good location for a stop over at the airport if you are catching a flight next day. Free shuttle from Tune hotel to KlIA Terminal 1. Walking distance to KLIA Terminal 2 which has many eating options

Great location, check in was a breeze, great service and staff. No issues - except the rooms are dated and need modernising, but for the price you can’t complain much.

Conveniently located for KLIA 2 - only a 10 minute walk along a sheltered pathway from the terminal (KLIA 2). The direction signs should be improved though as we had to ask for directions from a number of staff. Breakfast is served from 4am was great as we had an early flight to catch and it was Ramadan month. Will definitely consider staying again if we are in transit in KLIA 2.

For a overnight stopover I couldn’t ask for more. Could walk from airport. Quick check in, comfortable room and bed and lots of food options. Staff were great.

Very convenient for KLIA 2, walking distance. As airport hotels go this one is good. Staff at reception very efficient and friendly. Room is compact, bed is comfortable, shower is good, wifi good. Breakfast surprisingly good. Rooms and corridor a little tired, but this place has given most things some thought. KLIA terminal/food court/shopping mall just minutes away on foot if you feel like it. I was impressed.

Good hotel that is in a perfect location for access to the airport. Rooms are small but clean and the air con works very well. Breakfast is poor and not catered for Westerners at all.

I visit this hotel regularly. this time round higher traffic due to lunar new year season, but staff still have can-do, accommodating attitude. Excellent staff makes this hotel enjoyable.

Less than 5mins walk from KLIA. We were very grateful to get a complimentary extended check out time. The breakfast was amazing. People at the airport were extremely helpful and kind to direct us to the Hotel. We will definitely go there again whenever we do an overnight transit. Exceptional customer service from staff.

Great rest bite in a busy airport
We had 9 hours between flights. Other passengers walked around shops etc to put in time. For a very modest price we got a day time deal with buffet lunch, a bed to rest on and a shower to freshen up. Perfect 👌

This a rent by the hour hotel. That isn't mentioned at Expedia. So, when you check in, you are given a real bill for the stay. I went back and tried to book again and no mention of that you are not buying a night. I have no use for hourly hotels.

Hotel is next to the airport, undercover access is good, but clearer directions needed, also a number of ramps caused some difficulty when wheeling luggage. Staff were excellent as was the included Buffett breakfast.

What an excellent, reasonably priced airport hotel. There’s a covered walkway from KLIA2 all the way to the crossing in front of the hotel. It was much easier to get there than expected. Check in was smooth and staff were friendly and informed. The room was basic but had everything needed and even a fan as well as aircon. The shower had great pressure and temperature, the bed was comfortable and I heard no noise from the airport. Breakfast was in a little oasis of peace so close to a bustling airport. I will definitely stay again.

I like that it is so close to the airport and there are many good places to dine in. The reception is great and the breakfast was more than ample. The building, however, has that old and musty smell. The ease of going into the airport was the big plus.

I loved the easy check-in and convenience of the hotel, it is right beside the airport. I did not like how the receptionist came to my room door asking for more money for the room because it was booked only until 11:00 pm. I still have to double check my original booking but I was so tired and in bed sleeping because of my flight the next morning, I just paid but I am sure I paid enough for the night when I originally booked. A rip off.

The hotel was not expected by looking external only but what internally was unbelievable. The design and spaces was completely comforting and beautiful. The room was spacious enough. The downside was on the toiletries supply and no slippers provided whereas the floor was slippery once out from taking prayer wash.
