“Absolutely Beautiful”
Beautiful hotel! Stunning views. Right on the beach with three different levels of pools - it is on the side of a mountain so it is staggered. The lazy river was a great way to cool off from the heat. Our room was clean, very comfortable, and modern. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, lunch spots also had good food, but don't waste your money on the restaurant Souk. It is overpriced, which is hidden by the coin system they use, and the food is only ok. Overall wonderful experience and will be back if we are in Sharm again!
“Fabulous hotel”
Hotel is beautiful, fantastic setting, friendly staff, great PADI centre - can't wait to go back again. Being abl;e to snorkel / dive directly from the hotel is a real bonus - many boats bring day trippers to the area (not near enough to interfere) so proves the area is great for snorkelling etc. Only down side is slightly expensive food but I guess you don't go to this type of hotel if you you want cheap food!
“Good time in Hyatt”
we had to wait too long to check in i am taking about two hours ,first time they gave me a a very bad room it was like a room in a building's bedroom so dark and scary at night but i requested to be moved and they moved me to a magnificent room overlooking the red sea and close the pools and the elevator to the main building and the reception the room was clean also the bathroom but the balcony was dusty but people working there were friendly and helpful , the food was great either breakfast or meals in the Souk the design of the hotel is great and relaxing but prepare to spend alot of money in the local restaurant but i say its worth it. Overall i recommend this hotel and i believe its on of the best in Sharm
“Very relaxing retreat”
Great hotel and resort. Room was very nice, grounds were beautiful, beach was amazing. Swimming was as if you were in an aquarium, spectacular. All the facilities were very nice. Food in restaurants was good to very good, but not excellent. Service was excellent. Entertainment in the Souk was generally good. A very nice resort, but you'll pay for it, everything was rather expensive. Only bad experience was one of the waiters in the Souk got a little out of line and asked if my wife would like to out dancing with him after he got off work.

“Disappointing”
This hotel is supposed to be one of the best in Sharm. While it is in a great location and has wonderful views - we were very disappointed in the quality of the food, cleanliness of our rooms and overall maintenance of the facilites. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels and do not feel this resort should be in the 5 star category.
