“No pets allowed otherwise fine”

We wanted a room that was clean and comfortable, and this one fit our needs. They have a laundromat on premises, and restaurants within walking distance. There is a nearby fitness facility with pool that guests may use too. My only caution would be that despite what their listing says about pets, there is a large hand-written sign at the desk that says no pets. We did not have any with us, but if we had, it would have been a major disappointment.

Stayed here over labor day weekend, September 2007. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and the location was easy to find, right off the highway. It's a good choice at a good rate.

I thought the room was fine for the price. Staff was friendly and courteous. The location was great!

“Didn't get much sleep”

The bed was hard plus the maids started vacuuming around 1 a.m. and I was awake until they were done and that made the stay very unpleasant. I moved to another hotel the next day.

“Not in a million years”

If the hotel would do something about the condition of the rooms, it wouldn't be a bad place to stay. But, even in a smoking room, if you clean the bed linen and spray the carpets and curtains, the smell can be controlled. Also, why have a fridge and microwave in one room, but not another? They were both the same price. And finally, customer service seems to be a courtesy of bygone days. It's a shame really. We have a lot of friends that go down there to visit the casino up the road, but I don't think I'll be recommending them to anyone.

“Will never go back”

My Husband and I were very disappointed with this hotel stay. When we went in there was no air condition on in the building or in our room.The room needed to be vacumed real bad. The bathroom was so small that we had to leave the door open. The bed was like it was from 1901 the springs sprung up all over the place. We woke up with our backs hurting. So no I would never go there again even if the room was free. We were very disappointed.

“cleanliness of hotel”

i have never stayed at a Super 8 that was not clean. The room was dirty, microwave wasn't cleaned out it had coffee on the plate in the microwave, and the fridge wasn't very clean either. I was very disappointed and I will not recommend this hotel to a friend.
