“Excellent Stay”

It appears to me that this is a very popular hotel and is always busy.... I think a lot of locals actually staying the hotel for weekend treat. There are two towers at the hotel. One (i.e. Orchard Tower) is just beside the on-going construction while the other one (i.e. main tower) is slighly facing away from the on-going construction. Hence, remember to ask for the quiet tower as the construction doesn't seem to stop. Our room (2602) is really nice and has a view over the orchard road. The room is quiet and comfortable...

The hotel is very close to the airport. It is close to the city proper itself-ORCHARD ROAD. Close to Hard Rock Cafe; Starbucks; cinemas and shopping malls.

“Great hotel despite the construction.”

We've stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past 6 months. The service is great. The room and bathroom are very spacious. There is a nice variety in the quality breakfast buffet. Overall, the pricing is great for this hotel considering it is right in the middle of Orchard Road. We just love the location. We have a toddler and when the rain starts pouring we just zip across the street to Paragon mall where there is a nice indoor playground. We will definitely be staying here again.

excellent location, very comfortable modern room, and friendly service. price of hotel food was a bit high but less expensive restaurants/diners were a mere 5 minute walk from the hotel. checkout efficient and was a breeze! staff very helpful. will definitely go back again.

“Good choice”

The hotel is under construction until the end of 2009. That means the swimming pool is not operational. We were given a clubroom as consolation (which was great!) and personnel offered to take us to another Mandarin to swim.

Hotel is excellent., close to all the shoppings. staff were all friendly and helpfull. They let us check out at 7pm with little addtl rate. Breakfast buffet was excellent as well. you won't regret it staying at this hotel.

Mandarin Orchard is a very plush hotel right in the heart of the main strip of Singapore, with luxurious king beds with very sizable rooms to match. Great public transport facilities close by.
