"Spacious room. Functionality and decor are perfect. Kyle and Courtney are great as far as staff goes. On to the bad: Maintenance staff roams from room to room without consent when we requested an a/c shut off due to cold temperatures outoors, housekeeping shows up unannounced and you can hear loud plumbing through the ceiling and there is no on/off button to control the a/c and heat temperature, which is odd. You will need to call Maintenance Staff."

"It was great for our need which was a place to sleep when we visited the surrounding areas.Good value. Area is nice. Bed was very hard and parking can be difficult if you have more than 1 car (we didn’t) since you only get 1 assigned parking. We visited during summer and there is no air conditioning in the unit but we left the windows open and it was fine (outside temp at night was 50 in June not sure what it would have been in August)"

"The condo was fantastic. We had an initial problem since the unit we got was very different than the one on the site. This was corrected after one night. It is very spacious in an excellent location. Beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. "

What I didn’t like was no concierge - e.g. the links that were sent before I arrived (like grocery shopping via city market, which goes directly to Kroger) wasn’t relevant. I also don’t like that I was kicked out at 10 AM sharp on my day of departure after notifying the team that I needed another hour in advance because my flight was later and I couldn’t necessarily sit outside with 10 bags and three kids… I was told the other family requested early...
