They said they have no connection to the hotel, but offered room charges. That was a bizarrely inhospitable situation for a restaurant that largely serves hotel guests.

Rooms are dated but clean. The hvac is old, and our room was quite cold. Maintenance said system could not keep up with the cold weather. After 3 days, the temp in the room improved. Not a good experience. We are told a renovation is taking place next year. I’d wait for that to happen before returning. On a positive note, the staff were very good. Location of hotel is not optimal tho, up hill walk to slopes. Ugh!

Although they couldn’t provide us with a room with a mountain view, they did accommodate us with a room with two queen beds, which is what we needed. The staff was very kind and welcoming. We stayed at this hotel in 2020 and didn’t have a good experience back then, but this time we were very pleasantly surprised by how well the property has been remodeled. We will definitely return next year.

The front desk staff were not overly attentive. One younger girl in particular didn’t worry about the coffee in the lobby. Nor did she help you unless you made a point to get her attention. I had to go to the restaurant to get help understanding the free shuttle. The people at the restaurant Heathers were great.
