The gym and pool were great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The shuttle was great. During my stay, a very large ski club group arrived, and the restaurant on site had difficulty accommodating the rest of the guests in the hotel. That was very inconvenient. You couldn't order breakfast, had to wait for a table for dinner. It wasn't fun. the location is alright, but not the best

Rooms are dated but clean. The hvac is old, and our room was quite cold. Maintenance said system could not keep up with the cold weather. After 3 days, the temp in the room improved. Not a good experience. We are told a renovation is taking place next year. I’d wait for that to happen before returning. On a positive note, the staff were very good. Location of hotel is not optimal tho, up hill walk to slopes. Ugh!

Staff was very helpful, room was spacious, courtesy shuttle was very useful, and attached restaurant was excellent. Rooms were slightly older and damp feeling after using shower. Vending machines only take $1 bills.

Room was okay, staff were nice. The adjoining restaurant charged my son a ten dollar deposit to take a bowl to his room after he ordered food. They said they have no connection to the hotel, but offered room charges. That was a bizarrely inhospitable situation for a restaurant that largely serves hotel guests.

The hotel has to be 60 years old We where in room 511 the heat was not working It was 62 for the first two days , they gave us a small electric heater that jumped the breaker several times , the floor felt damp I believe it had a pipe busted I. The slab . The maintenance guy mentioned the boiler had problems
