Such a unique and cozy place! Derek has put so much thought into designing the home both for guest comfort as well as for preserving the historical aspect of the home. The king bed was extremely comfortable, the place was well stocked with snacks and breakfast items, and the hot tub was perfect for sprawling out and relaxing after long ski days. We absolutely loved our stay, it was so charming, quiet, and the hosts were impeccable. We loved the hot tub and clawfoot tub, and the ability to walk to everywhere we wanted to be! The house was very unique .. a clawfoot tub too! Derek was the host and a most gracious one at that. Plenty of snacks, plenty of beverages, lots of good conversation. The home is close to downtown Glenwood Springs plus hiking areas. The area was quiet. The bed was comfortable .. even found a chair similar to one my mother had once upon a time. A five-star spot, no doubt!

Very comfortable

Very friendly host. Nice comfortable room. It was built in the early 1900’s or late 1890’s so you can’t expect it to be modern. It was exactly what you would want an older B&B to be!
