"Stayed Saturday to Monday. Poor check in, very slow, staff appeared to lack interest in customers. An hour to get a room. On Sunday WiFi not available in our room all day. No solution given. In the early evening,no hot water. Callling to request help, we were told our building was not having hot water until Monday. Nobody informed us, maintenance never appeared and no solution given. PdelE has many options. Why bother returning to Solanas? "

"I purchased a couple of nights in this resort for my sister as a birthday present. She had such a good time. The place is beautiful , it has amazing sunsets, big rooms, a big swimming pool, spa, and a good continental breakfast. It is the right place to relax. Next time I will try it for myself. "

"Terrible Hotel - do not stay there!! We had 5 days there just before Christmas. It says it is a 4.5 star hotel but there was no restaurant, no bar, no pool bar and breakfast was terrible and the same every day with no choice and nothing hot (unless you count warmish toast). The staff did not care, all they want is to make money and when we spoke to locals on the beach or in the town who knew the hotel they said that they have a terrible reputation locally.
