“Overnight stay”

Plenty of car parking, good leisure facilities, comfortable but room cold - not for the frail.

“Webbington Hotel”

Unfortunely the address in the confirmation email was not correct so we had trouble locating the hotel. However, the hotel was worth the search. Lovely setting, with quaint rooms. Will definitely come back some day!

“Difficult to Find”

A nice hotel in an imposing position, but some care is needed in finding it. Their website and teh expedia website shows one postcode, their mailed out postcard another, and the address given on literature is Shiplate Road. A quick check on Google maps, MS Autoroute and Streetmap.co.uk show it to be located at the junction of Barton Road and Webbington Road. Shiplate Road is almost 1 Km away at its nearest from the hotel. VW's navigation system takes you to a completely different hotel at the other end of Shiplate Road.

“Dreadful!”

They were decorating the courtyard rooms which is where we were put and the smell of paint was so overwhelming it made us feel sick. The carpets were wet in the corridors and our room was freezing cold and damp. We asked for heating to be put on, but it was only on for a couple of hours.
