"Wonderful crew and facilities. We had an issue with TV at check in but registration desk crew went above and beyond to fix it as soon as the could. "Fun hostel to stay at while still being in a private room. Bed was extremely comfortable. Water in the shower was lukewarm at best most times. My only real complaint is that my room was on the 6th floor and the elevator only went up to floor 4 so I had to lug a 50lb bag up 2 flights of extremely narrow stairs with no assistance. "
