“Wonderful Hotel”
The hotel is in town; it's just a quick walk to the central downtown shopping area, the main port and even closer to a grocery store. The hotel has a wonderful view of the downtown area, port and waterfront. The staff is extremely accommodating and goes out of its way to be helpful and courteous. Also, the Waterfall Restaurant has a fantastic chef and the service is lovely.
“Great Location”
I really enjoyed staying here mainly because of the close proximity to downtown and the walk to downtown is along the ocean edge . I walk everywhere. There is a free daily shuttle to the beach..which leaves in the morning and comes back in afternoon, therefore there was no need to stay on or close to the beach. The hotel also has three pools. I enjoyed waking up to the sound of the birds singing and the sound of waves breaking on the seashore. There was a beautiful view from my balcony. The room was comfortable, clean and everything worked as they were suppose to. Basically no problems whatsoever. It was a very relaxed atmosphere.
“Home away from home”
I have stayed at this hotel a number of times while visiting my child who is studying veterinary medicine in St. Kitts. The staff are very helpful; the food is wonderful; the gardens around the property are well developed and well kept. It is a very peaceful, comfortable place to stay when away from home.
“What a cute laid-back resort!”
The hotel was very quiet since I went during the summer; off-season. I loved their Fantasy Pool; it was like swimming in a private lagoon; nice flora! The Waterfall Restaurant had an excellent breakfast. I had a room over-looking the bay with 2 small balconies.
“Beautiful setting”
This hotel has fantastic views of the ocean, port Zante and Nevis. The grounds are lush and beautifully landscaped. I would gladly stay here again.
“Location, location, location.”
This hotel is in an ideal location. It overlooks the port and the view is beautiful both at day and at night. If fit, you can walk into town within 10 minutes. The employees were very helpful and friendly. The food at the Restaurants was very good. Try the local dishes at the Buffet dinner on Friday nights. I have stayed at other hotels on St. Kitts but the location of this hotel is a plus. I will stay here at OTI when I return to this island.
“Great vacation”
All was in place the airline.all the taxes ( arrivals & departure) were included on the price .wich I never would thought of it,
“Hotel is nice, Island it's on needs help”
Hotel was very nice,clean, and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint is we rarely had hot water and when we had it, there was not much pressure. Restaurants are pricey but the coconut banana pancakes at Waterfalls rest. are to die for!
“Excellent service & great view!”
Very kind & friendly staff. Great view over the bay & city. A quiet place to relax and within walking distance to downtown Basseterre and ferry to Nevis. I certainly recommend this hotel.
“Beautiful views, but in need of some renovation”
The view from the balcony is wonderful; you can watch the cruise ships coming in and out.The suite was spacious but, although clean, gave the impression of needing a facelift. A lot of the cutlery and tableware was missing from the kitchen. The 3 swimming pools are great especially the small one by the bar surrounded by palm trees, tropical plants and waterfalls. The free Internet access in reception is very useful. The hotel is built on various levels (no lift) which could be a problem for anyone with walking difficulties. We enjoyed our stay as it was rather quiet.
