This St. Lucia resort offers 250 guest rooms in two pastel four-story buildings with elevators. Furnished balconies or ground-floor patios provide full or partial views of the Atlantic Ocean, pool, or garden. Ceiling fans supplement air conditioning. Televisions offer U.S./international cable channels. There is a separate sitting area and phone. In-room refrigerator. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in all rooms.
Decor and furnishings include pastel walls, terracotta-colored tile floors, cushioned rattan seating, and light-colored furniture. Bright art and blue-and-orange mirror frames contribute color. Blue-and-white-tile bathrooms contain stall showers (no tubs).

Coconut Walk - Casual restaurant serving breakfast (complimentary) and lunch buffets daily. Open five nights weekly for buffet dinners.
Themed dinners and outdoor buffets - Held Tuesday and Saturday nights, with live entertainment.
Silk - Air-conditioned à la carte Asian restaurant with Chinese lanterns, rattan chairs. Open for dinner only five nights weekly. 24-hour reservations required. Family and adults-only seatings. Dress code: long pants, collared shirts, no beach sandals for men.
Calabash - The resort's Caribbean specialty restaurant showcasing Creole and Caribbean cuisine. Reservations required. Dress code applies.
Beach Grill - Open-air spot between main pools. Beamed wooden ceiling. Open mid-morning until early evening, then after dinner until late for sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, French fries, salads.
Coconut Bay offers 6 bars located throughout the resort, including an adults-only bar and a swim-up pool bar. Guests can enjoy an assortment of tropical blends, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and premium and top-shelf liquors.
Entertainment
Coconut Bay offers a variety of entertainment each evening, ranging from live music and top-notch performances to weekly themed dinners including Caribbean Night, Pirate's Night, and Country and Western Night.
Recreation

The resort's oceanfront water park (complimentary entrance for guests) has a 229-m (750-ft) lazy river for tubing and two serpentine water slides, one open and the other a closed tube.
A 30-m (98-ft) freeform pool contains garden islands, cascades and alcoves with banquettes and cocktail tables. A freeform activities pool with volleyball net is surrounded by a sundeck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
Isolated at one end of the resort is an adults-only area with an 11-m (35-ft) freeform pool, a sundeck, and a lawn with lounge chairs and hammocks under coconut palms. The pools and lazy river(but not water slides) are open around the clock.
A picket-fence compound for children ages 3–12 includes a water-play area with water cannons, fountains, and overhead tip-over buckets; a playground; a covered outdoor activities area; a children's swimming pool; and an air-conditioned clubhouse with video games. Supervision is available from 10 AM to 5 PM, during dinner five nights weekly, and after dinner until 10 PM (hours subject to change).
The resort faces a narrow band of beach with light-colored sand and views of the Maria Islands (a wildlife reserve just offshore) and Moule à Chique (the headland at St. Lucia's southern tip). An offshore reef and rock breakwaters keep water calm in most weather.
The resort supplies snorkeling gear. Windsurfer rentals are available during busy seasons on a beach 1 km (0.75 mi) south. Other watersports, including scuba diving, are available on beaches near Soufrière, 44 km (27.5 mi) north of the resort on the west (Caribbean) coast.
Land sports include beach volleyball and cricket. The four tennis courts and two basketball courts are lighted. Daily activities include yoga, Tai-Bo, pool aerobics, and dance classes.
ATVs, kayaking, and biking are available along the southeast coast of the island.
A rainforest canopy tour offers a bird's-eye view of treetops and across rivers (surcharges).

Spa
Kai Mer is the resort's air-conditioned beachfront spa. Facilites include eight treatment rooms; some with private outdoor ocean-view "rainfall" showers. The spa has women's and men's saunas, steam rooms (surcharge without treatment), and a full service beauty salon. Guests can choose from a variety of treatments including signature "Coco" therapies, aromatherapy treatments, facials and massages. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

“Awesome vacation”
The place was great. Coconut Bay resort in ST. Lucia. We were told that they were only at 40% capacity because it was the off season (October) This was great for us. No waiting, excellent service. The buffets were excellent, the bar tenders were excellent, the ammenities were excellent. 4 or 5 pools, lazy river tubing, pool bars, great gym, great nightly live music. All excursions were pick ups right at the hotel except for the land and sea which we cancelled and went on almost the exact same thing by another name. I understand we got lucky because it was the rainy season, but we only had one day and 1 hour on another day of rain. Zip line, horse back ride were great too.
“Good Place for the Price”
Overall,we really enjoyed our stay. The food was good, the staff was very friendly, and the resort was very nicely maintained. The only glitch was the ants in the shower area of our room. The cleaning person sprayed the shower and for the most part took care of the problem. Everything else was good. This is the place to stay if your looking for quiet relaxation. The resort offered a lot of on-site entertainment so we didn't have to leave in order to find things to do. It was also nice tohave an "adult" only pool area.
“Beautiful Resort - Wonderful Experience”
This resort exceeded my expectations. It is located only a few minutes away from the UVF airport. Upon entering the resort, we were greeted by the warm and welcoming staff. The check-in and check-out procedures were painless and brief. The staff there creates a family-like environment and they are extremely accomodating. There are many activities to keep everyone occupied - and they meet a variety of interests. Overall I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants to have a relaxing vacation in the sun.
“Very enjoyable experience, would go back.”
Staff was excellent. Food in main cafe was good and no waiting for table, in reservation resturant the food & atmosphere was excellent. Bad service from Avis car rental, they try to rip you off after returning car. Would try a company from tourist magazine. If you want calm Caribbean waters this is on the Atlantic side with rougher surf.

Overall the hotel met and exceeded our expectations. Great for kids, the waterpark is fantastic with a lazy river and a couple of slides. The service has always been very helpful and pleasant.

“Amazing place, excellent staff, highly recommended!”
We were so pleased with our stay at Coconut Bay, the staff were so friendly and helpful. They remembered us and involved us in activates. They went over and above to serve us and make sure we had a great time. This place was 5 minutes from the airport, it had everything you could want and offered great excursions all over the island. There was daily entertainment which was great. The resort was clean, the rooms were well maintained and the food was plentiful and good too! This was a fantastic spot to relax, de-stress and have fun. I would highly recommend it!
“Great hotel at a great price!”
We were very pleased with our entire experience at Coconut Bay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with a spectacular view of the ocean. The specialty restaurants had a great selection of menu items and the daily buffets had an excellent assortment of items. The pools were awesome and the waterslides were a blast! The evening entertainment was very good, and the couples massage on the beach fabulous! We would definitely go back to this resort.

“Excellent all-round service & entertainment”
If you are there to relax, there is no need to leave the hotel. The pools, lazy man slide and water slide are very relaxing. The food at the Beach grill was delicious and the drinks at the various bars were very satisfying. On Saturday night there is an outdoor barbeque with live entertainment. It was the best live show I had seen in years. We had even got in on the act. There is not much of a beach but the pools more than compensate. We had taken a premium ocean view room. I highly recommend this hotel.
