"When we arrived, we discovered that the faucet on the bathroom sink was leaking badly. Because the maintenance person was off for the rest of the day, they brought us a bunch of bath mats to put on the floor to soak up the water. The next morning, the maintenance man did show up and changed the faucet. However, the cleaning staff did not come in to clean the bathroom or make the beds in the room. We had a pile of wet, dirty bath mats in the bathroom for the entire duration. The fire extinguisher in the ceiling was covered with plastic and painters tape, which is a safety violation. The television kept shutting off on its own, and when you turned it on, it was a snowy channel with no menu to find the channels that we’re working on the TV. Definitely not one of my better stays in Sudbury."
