“perfect place”
quiet, perfect place to stay in
“Very impressed, made to feel special.”
Spent 4 nights and used most if not all of the hotels facilities. The dining was great, service was fantastic, nothing too much trouble. Inquires answered promptly and correctly. Staff very friendly and knowledgable with regards to the locla area and attractions. For a comples with over 450 rooms, resort was very peaceful and private. Very happy with experience and would do it all again.
“great value for th money”
We had no complaints at all with this hotel. Vety quick and friendly check in. we had a few extra requests which were done with no problem,staff were very happy to do whatever to help. The only complaint about the hotel is that the car park was a bit far away from the room ,and the grounds were a bit dark to walk to and from your room. Other than that a great place to stay
“Review of Twin Waters - A coeliac's view”
Twin Waters is a great place for families. The water activities and additional activities keep everyone happy for hours. We are coeliacs so they did have gluten free options. The buffet breakfast was delicious. After a word with the assistant manager and chef they forgot to label all the food for the benefit of gf guests. They assured me it was procedure to have the food marked "gluten free". You can take your our food and have a great BBQ dinner to save some money.
“Novotel Twin Waters Resort”
Was there for a conference so did not get to enjoy all the facilities, activities on offer but there is plenty for all ages. Did manage to get across the roasd to swim in the ocean which was wonderful - there is a lifeguard there as well. Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, staff incredibly helpful. Food not overly expensive. On the Friday and Saturday nights there were 2 big functions with bands playing + disco despite this prety much all the noise had gone by midnight which was fantastic.

“Family-friendly getaway Ü”
It is truly a family-oriented resort with lots of activities to keep kids and teens busy. Still the place is quiet and serene. The room that we stayed in was very comfortable and clean. We had a garden view room and the view was spectacular as it was facing walkways to the lagoon. We had great memories in this place. Ü
“Great for families”
The hotel was clean, the staff very helpful. The room was spacious and the food was great. Fantastic for families, lots for the kids to do.
“Lovely resort”
Lovely resort, great facilities, my room was spacious (ground floor) with views over the lagoon. Cost of extras like spa treatments and buffet lunch seemed expensive, but I haven't been to other resorts so maybe the prices were standard.
“One thumb up:”
I only stayed for one night but overall a very pleasant experience. One disappointment was the bar was out of Irish whiskey and one may think well have something else to drink but i simply do not enjoy anything else. In the bar staffs defence, he did offer to check the restaurant for some but if they had, it would be a half hour wait and for a Novotel, i think is unacceptable. I would have to say one thumb up and i would certainly stop in again! Very good value for money!!
