“Wish we could have stayed longer!”

This was our first experience with Noosa Heads and the surrounding community. The Sheraton Noosa Resort could not have made it a nicer time for my wife and I. The hotel is situated in the heart of the Hastings street shopping and restaurant area and right across the street from a wonderful beach. The Noosa Heads National Park is within walking distance. Everything was first class and we will surely put this resort on our list of places to visit again!!

“The perfect break away”

“Wonderful Holiday Ever.”

It was quite an good time for me and my friend stay in such a wonderful hotel. I'd love to take my parents there when I celebrate my graduation since the room is more like a family-style one and I am sure that my parents would love to stay in such a lovely room. The hotel associates are friendly and welcome any questions and their smile really touched me. The lobby area is really elegant and I did enjoy just sitting there using their free Wi-fi. The breakfast buffet offers is the most excited part for me and my friend)))) It was the best 2-day holiday I've ever have in Australia so far.

“Noosa's best stay”

I would stay there again based on the service! The staff were wonderful and resolved a wedding crisis I had almost immediately. I can guarantee if I was staying else where I would have had problems. The view was fabulous, pool amazing, and the room was superb.

“Beware the telephone”

Great hotel. Very friendly staff and wonderful food. Perfect noosa location. Only issue was not information in rooms about charges to use phone. We used a phone card from room and were slapped with a $30 charge. This was all the more ridiculous as there were no public phones in the hotel so this was a purely money making ploy. In addition we were only calling a toll free number! The charge was reluctantly removed from our bill by hotel and it's a shame this want dealt with better by them. Otherwise I have no negative comments.

“holiday in Noosa”

we arrived earlier than check in time so room was not available. We were given temporary access to the facilities , pools etc and given towels. Staff took down our contact details and said they would inform us as soon as the room was cleaned and ready. this occured just a little before official check in time, a bit disapointing as we waited for over 3 hours. Buffet breakfast was great and overall service was pleasing. Pool and hotel could undergo a refurbishment as it is looking a tad tired.
