"The staff was respectful, check in was easy. The room was very clean and had all the listed supplies. Some of the reviews talk about the bed, rude staff or being disrespected. We had a GREAT experience. Bed was comfortable, different pillows for those with different preferences. The only negative that I could say, and is shared by other reviewers, is if you are on a 1st floor you hear EVERYTHING from the 2nd floor; TV, Tubs, walking is loud due to hardwood floors.
