Check in was simple, had great communication before we even reached Lake Tahoe. Room was super cute, was able to hang out by the fire out outside. Loved the big tub. Will definitely be back. Shout out to RJ for the great customer service

We had the Aspen Suite which was very spacious and had a jacuzzi tub. The gas fire place did not fire up, not sure if it's turned off during the summer time? AC unit could use an update, but otherwise, the room was great. Hotel location is within walking distance to the casinos and the shops. Would definitely stay here again next time.

It was so loud. I could hear the people upstairs walking and doing the nasty. There was always people outside that kept waking me up every 30 minutes. The pillows were so big that my neck was in so much pain. Honestly a terrible experience. Staff was nice tho and the room was clean.
