The place is spatial (two floors), one big living room, one big dinning room, one small room, three toilets (man and woman at the first floor and an unisex one at the second floor) and a big bathroom with wood bathtub. "The smell in the house is awful everything smells like old mold and nothing is updated. Its very cold downstairs and hot upstairs. If you like smelly clothes and short to railroad this is it. Retro for some people but really paint is not that expensive and some updated heating and cooling would be nice."
