"I never leave reviews but this was truly unforgettable. We booked the private onsen room on the first floor. Simply incredible, the ultimate ryokan experience. The room, onsen, and views were beautiful. On top of that, the staff were outstanding. The dinner and breakfast in the private dining room were delicious. We were served a spread of local food that was unlike anything we have ever had. Truly the highlight of our first trip to Japan. We hope to return one day."

"This was a wonderful experience. We were asked to check in between 2pm-5pm. We were glad to have made it around 3. From the entrance outside, the lobby, and the rooms it was a beautiful ryokan.
