"Amazing hotel. relaxing atmosphere. very nice and helpful staff. better to come with a car although they offer transportation to the train station.. but less convenient."

"Check in process was not foreign friendly. The room was very old style with no private bath/ shower. Furniture with slight damage and worn carpet. 1960-1970-ish hotel. Hotel app needs work, not easy to use. Restaurant staff were very attentive. Indoor and outdoor hot spring bath were nice."

"Relaxing, spacious, beautiful views. Easy to take the bus downtown if you have Suica card. Breakfast has good food but is limited if you come later. They were not prepared to serve us dinner. "
