Fuji right across from it. The complimentary breakfast includes a wide variety of dishes, fresh fruit, desserts and even a live omelette station. The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and ensure every detail of your stay is taken care of. Pro tip: book the massage services if you can — they’re well worth it. The onsen experience at the hotel is also unforgettable. Highly recommend!"

"Amazing place by the lake with excellent views. Room was a good size with a sofa and a balcony overlooking the lake. Very peaceful, near the two gondolas and Hakone Shrine."

"Everything was satisfying but I must say that the breakfast buffet was exceptionally great. We were a party of 8 with 4 kids. The restaurant prepared a space for all of us sitting together. "

"Right next to Numazu Station, so great location for getting to/from. Huge room by Japanese business hotel standards. V friendly staff and I was allowed to check-in slightly earlier upon arrival. Hotel rules mean that room is fully serviced after night three even if it does not require servicing. I was lucky to have a room which had a great view of Mt Fuji in the morning before the clouds appeared. Buffet breakfast catered for all tastes and is served between 6am-10am Mon-Fri, 7-10 Sat/Sun. "
