"とても良かったです、気持ちよくくつろげました、スタッフの方も皆さん感じよかったです。朝ごはん美味しかった！お風呂はDIANE、BOTANIST、＆honeyのシャンプーとトリートメントがあって、試せて良かった！(女湯のみのよう) ちなみにノーブランド？乳液、化粧水なども無料でもらえました。うっかりメイク落としと洗顔料を忘れたので、コンビニで買ってきたのですが、ここはお風呂に洗顔フォームもありました。一つだけ、残念だったのは、お風呂に続く階段、上り下りが多くて80超えた母がしんどそうでした。エレベーターがあると嬉しいです。ペット同伴でなくても楽しく過ごせました！ありがとうございます "

"Fantastic location and the private onsen was amazing. Staying at the lake did limit dining options (great for lunches, not so great for dinners), but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Only complain is that one of the a/c unit wasn't working and it was stifling hot in this room, so my kids slept on the futons in the living room instead."

They don’t deliver unless you’re staying multiple nights, The chat didn’t work. They gave us 2 coffee pods for a group of 4 people.The Nearest store is a 20 min uphill walk to get coffee. They have a vending machine but no coffee pods. Coffee is very important to us."

"Truly phenomenal one-night stay in this gorgeous ryokan. The beautiful and delicious kaiseki meal, comfortable yukata to wear around the property, and the incredible views of the lake and mountains from the room and outdoor onsen made this an unforgettable experience. Mt. Fuji was hidden behind some clouds during my stay, but even still, it was breathtaking beauty. Truly humbling. My larger group (5) stayed in a more modest accommodation in Tokyo for two weeks and splurged a bit for this night in Hakone. Worth every effort. It was our vacation from vacation. Thank you to all the hotel and service staff, especially Yuta-san and Miller-san for their exceptional meal service. Also highly recommend the local Hakone sake; best we'd ever had. I hope to return for a slightly longer, smaller group experience as an anniversary gift someday. Please keep up the great work until then!"

"Very relaxing, ocean view. Hot springs very enjoyable. Buffet breakfast and dinner well presented with great variety. A lot of steps going down with a suitcase to get to the hotel. Use the free shuttle but it only runs a few hours a day. Taxi was around 1000 Yen"

Rooms were beautiful, but … when we walked in we could smell the mustiness and you could see traces of mould on the one wall. Airing out didn’t help. We were there only one night and it was full so we just stayed. We spent a lot of time in the meals were incredible - both dinner and breakfast and worth it to add on."
