"Good"

"Beautiful scenery, super close- walking distance to ride a gondola to a major world renowned attraction (volcano). Super baby and kid friendly; we got a balcony room facing the lake which allowed us to open the screened door to get fresh air. The onsen was clean and in excellent condition; lots of quality amenities. Buffets were generous and quality as well. They had an unlimited sake, whiskey, wine, beer bar plus all the juices, soft drinks, tea and coffee you want. The coffee was meh; worse than Keurig, but the Japanese teas were very fine. There were so many food options it is a little overwhelming but I think it would be nice to have a guide to introduce people to how you would do a curated kaiseki meal by course; so folks can enjoy some of that experience. "

"Our stay was a lovely tranquil break after Tokyo and the authentic dinner and breakfast were delicious. The private onsens were perfect and we had a bath on our balcony which was gorgeous. Would highly recommend "
