Overall it’s okay. The room was spacious and the onsen area was nice. The hallway smelled like smoke, had roaches in our room, and the staff was pretty passive aggressive when trying to upgrade to private bath option. Could have been cleaner and smoother experience.

They use folding foam mattress & provide only 1 pillow/bed. Both don’t provide good support that cause body ache in the morning. Dinner & breakfast are average. The best thing during our stay are the 2 private baths.

設備が少し古くて、水圧が低いし、トイレ、お風呂が不便でした。 貸し切りのお風呂は、有料でいいので、2枠目も利用できるといいです。 食堂利用時に自分のスリッパがわからなくなってしまうので、場所を決めて頂けると嬉しいです。 従業員のご対応は、素晴らしいと思います。

완전 로컬들만 가는 호텔이라서 한국인들 보고 깜짝깜짝 놀라는 시간이었어요. 아침은 엄청나게 환상이 나오는데 저녁도 너무 맛있고 아침도 맛있었어요. 너무 많이 먹어서 살찌고 왔네요. 야외 온천은 시간제인데 사실 물 위에 뭐가 너무 많이 떨어져서 길게 못하고 걱정만 하다 나왔어요

ロビーや貸切湯や食事会場や料理の内容は文句なく良かった。部屋についてはリノベーションをして良くなってはいるが、今一歩の感あり。部屋からの景色は普通。大浴場と空中露天風呂は、期待外れだった。
