Hotel rooms are well equipped with a good size. The bathroom could be a bit more modern. The highlight is the indoor and outdoor onsen on top of the hotel with the possibility to see Mount Fuji (which we didn't).

Beautiful room, comfy bed, friendly service. Fantastic amenities. Being able to check on your laundry and the status of the baths from your room is great. This property is very foreigner friendly. There are clear instructions on how to access the public bath and other amenities. The staff are very friendly. It is very convenient location wise. It is right next to the jr Shinkansen and local train lines. The room was very clean and comfortable. I had a great experience.
