"We enjoyed our first time stay at Atami but didn’t see anything “premium” about this Onsen. The breakfast and dinner buffet was satisfying."

"We booked none smoking room, however the room we got was terrible with smoke smell. We opened window for catching fresh air but 2 hours later on second evening there were a chemical smell coming in from open window…… The room has very poor noise/voice barriers. Stepping sounds, talking, snoring, and even those Japaneses (95% travellers speak Japanese) farting sounds on hallway you heard every night."
