Small aparthotel. Easy access to the transport network. Friendly staff. Room clean and in good repair. Reception is a little small and felt crowded. Could hear noise from the upstairs apartment.

Reception staff were friendly and attentive. Location is OK. Beds were very soft and pillows quite old compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan. We found the apartment clearly wasn’t vacuumed well with hairs in the bathroom and down the side of the bed.

"The food options were just ok for buffet and very over priced. The private onsen was lovely. Unfortunately the kids pool was very loud in the evening so it made it hard to enjoy. Also was suprised that there really was no view of Mount Fuji which had been advertised."
